Excuse Me, America!

I'm still dead!

This is similar to the Chandra Levy case. She was the hot topic until Sept 11 2001, then she (and her murderer Gary Condit) were quickly forgotten by the masses. It's unfortunate that her parents may never know the truth simply because the public got bored of her story.

That said, she has had much more media attention than hundreds--even thousands--of missing women that are pretty much ignored by the press.

Her parents may never know the full story ... but they know a hell of a lot more than these other families do! Maybe they will get it back into the news yet.

Or maybe Pat Robertson will authorize the family to whack the suspects.

Keep up the good stuff -- d.a.

Yeah. I meant this more sarcastic than anything. As David said, she received more than enough media coverage. I promise you that Greta Van Susteren doesn't spend 2 months broadcasting from New Orleans trying to figure out who is to blame for a lot of the things that have gone on (deaths and the entire FEMA disaster: getting 1000 reserve firefighters to hand out fliers to name one aspect of this) as a result of Hurricane Katrina.
